Having been completely messed around by Sky for well over three weeks and having either no internet connection, or at best, a connection that resembles dial up, I have sacked them off out of shear frustration.
An engineer from Virgin should be arriving on Wednesday (im holding my breath here) to fit my new connection. I've heard plenty of horror stories about Virgin's service too, but after Sky's service I'm willing to give them a go.
Fingers crossed it will be sorted swiftly and I won't have to hang around in coffee shops, consuming too much caffeine to get my emails anymore.
